Afhleen Joy Yabut, BSN, RN is a highly motivated and dedicated Registered Nurse with over nine years of experience in clinical settings. She specializes in hemodialysis nursing, providing exceptional care to patients in both chronic and acute dialysis environments. Afhleen is skilled in initiating and terminating dialysis treatments, performing pre- and post-dialysis assessments, and delivering patient education to ensure optimal outcomes. Her expertise extends to operating and maintaining dialysis equipment, including Fresenius, B. Braun, and Corbridge machines.

Afhleen currently serves as a Dialysis Nurse at Fresenius Medical Care in Chelmsford, Massachusetts, where she manages comprehensive nursing care for assigned patients. Throughout her career, she has held both full-time and per diem positions, demonstrating flexibility and a strong commitment to patient-centered care.
