Looking ahead, Adrianna is seeking leadership opportunities such as Clinical Director or other nurse leadership roles, where she can influence patient care, enhance team collaboration, and champion nurse well-being. Her professional philosophy emphasizes integrity, holistic care, and mentoring, ensuring that both patients and colleagues receive the support and guidance they need. Outside of nursing, Adrianna enjoys volleyball, spending time outdoors, cultivating her home landscape, and being on the water, which she describes as a therapeutic space for reflection and renewal.

What do you enjoy most about practicing medicine?
I really love being able to make a difference in patients' lives and help other nurses be confident in themselves. I feel like I came out of a dark time, and nothing stopped me from pursuing this. I know I've touched many families' lives because they have let me know, and I've touched a lot of coworkers that I've previously worked with and people in general. I know who I am, and that's what I want to continue doing. I'm passionate about helping people find themselves and supporting them through tough times, because you don't know what someone's going through. I also enjoy reading about holistic medicine, pediatric wellness, and food and nutrition at the cellular level, even though that's not something I want to go into professionally. I find it fascinating and it helps me provide better care.
