His experience spans behavioral health, geriatric care, corrections nursing, and academic settings, equipping him with a well-rounded understanding of patient care across different populations. In addition to his clinical roles, he is actively engaged in scholarly work, contributing to research initiatives that explore workplace stress, social support, and mental health—particularly among internationally educated nurses.

Driven by a passion for growth and excellence, Abraham is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Nursing at Saint Louis University, further strengthening his expertise in research and leadership.
