" I believe meaningful progress comes from embracing uncertainty, remaining adaptable, and committing to continuous growth. Being open to the unknown allows for thoughtful decision-making, while a strong foundation of skills and experience supports effective leadership and high-quality patient care. A dedication to ongoing personal and professional development ensures that my practice continues to evolve, always in service of better outcomes for those I work with.
When someone walks into my clinic, my goal is for patients to feel both comfortable and hopeful when they step into the clinic. I want them to feel safe sharing their aches and pains, trusting that I can help ease what they’re carrying. Not everyone arrives smiling—how could they, when they’re hurting? That pain is what brings them to me. As a physical therapist, it’s my duty to lead with compassion and empathy, helping others heal and regain their quality of life through skilled, caring hands using detective skills of finding underlying impairments, manual techniques, dry needling and skilled exercises in order to provide sustainable improvement and relief."

What do you enjoy most about practicing medicine?
What I enjoy most about practicing physical therapy is witnessing my patients regain confidence, independence, and a renewed sense of control over their lives. I find deep fulfillment in being present throughout the healing process—supporting individuals as they move beyond injury, pain, or physical limitations and guiding them toward lasting wellness and improved overall health. By building meaningful connections and empowering patients through education and movement, I help them achieve sustainable progress. Seeing my patients return to the activities they value most, and knowing I had the opportunity to play a role in that journey, is both motivating and profoundly rewarding.
