What do you enjoy most about practicing medicine?
I would say it's the patient outcomes. When I used to be in the field and I would talk to a physician who wasn't using the medication before, after a few conversations they would actually start giving it to patients. Those physicians would come back to me and say things like, 'Hey, you know, my patient is breathing better because they're using Breztri,' or 'My patient had all these issues with their other medication, they couldn't even get out of bed, but since they started using your medication, their quality of life has improved a lot.' When you hear stuff like that from a physician, it just motivates me to keep pushing. Everything I do on a day-to-day basis positively affects the lives of patients everywhere, and that's why I love it so much. The feedback I get from physicians and the companies I work with about how the products have changed patients' lives - that is what I enjoy hearing the most.
