Victoria Billups, MA, CCTP

Victoria Billups, MA, CCTP is a Resident Counselor at Hope Inspired Therapy, LLC, where she provides compassionate, trauma-informed care to individuals navigating life transitions, anxiety, eating disorders, panic disorder, and PTSD. With a background as a former teacher, Victoria brings a unique understanding of learning, growth, and emotional development to her counseling practice. Her passion lies in helping others find healing, resilience, and purpose through self-discovery and empowerment.
Before entering the field of counseling, Victoria spent several years as a middle school teacher, where she discovered her calling to work more deeply with students’ emotional and mental well-being. This experience continues to shape her empathetic, client-centered approach. She holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University and a Postgraduate Certificate in Trauma-Informed Clinical Practice from New York University. She is also a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) and a Qualified Mental Health Professional-Trainee (QMHP-T) through the Virginia Department of Health Professions.
Outside of work, Victoria finds joy and relaxation in spending time with her family and friends. Whether sharing a meal, enjoying the outdoors, or simply being in good company, she values connection and balance as key parts of her own well-being — principles she strives to help her clients cultivate as well.
