Lauren A. Frato, MSW, is a Care Coordinator with Best Point Education and Behavioral Health and a dedicated social worker and Early Childhood Mental Health Group Specialist committed to supporting the emotional, behavioral, and developmental well-being of young children. She recently completed her Master of Social Work degree from Northern Kentucky University, graduating in May, and continues to build a career centered on early childhood mental health, school-based support, and family engagement. Lauren is passionate about creating safe, supportive environments where children can develop resilience, emotional regulation, and healthy social skills. She serves as a Care Coordinator with Best Point Education and Behavioral Health, where she partners with Cincinnati Public Schools to provide comprehensive coordination of services for elementary school students from kindergarten through 6th grade. In this role, she works closely with students, families, and school teams to connect children with essential resources and supports, ensuring their academic, emotional, and behavioral needs are met in an integrated and compassionate way. Her professional experience also includes her work as a Behavioral Health Technician with Hopebridge, where she provided direct therapeutic support to children with developmental and behavioral needs. Lauren began her journey in social work during community college, where she initially considered a career in kindergarten education. After speaking with educators about the challenges within the teaching field, she discovered social work as a pathway that allowed her to combine her passion for helping young children with a broader range of career many opportunities and impact. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Ursuline College and has remained focused on early childhood and school-based mental health throughout her career. Originally from the Cleveland area, Lauren relocated to Cincinnati to pursue new opportunities and continue building her professional path in social work, with a strong commitment to serving children and families.
